Swindon & Marlborough NHS Trust implement hospital wide digital dictation
Swindon & Marlborough NHS Trust signed with G2 Speech June ’05 for the implementation of Digital Dictation at both the radiology and pathology departments. After successfully working with Digital Dictation for the past year the hospital has decided to expand their use of speech technology over the entire hospital. More than 270 users will be using MediSpeech, with Radiology and Pathology moving forward to speech recognition and also integrating to their individual reporting systems, whilst the other departments will start off with digital dictation. Implementation is scheduled to start in November 2006.
