After seeing MediSpeech used in several other hospitals and after a highly competitive and intensive tender process between G2 Speech and six other providers, Cardiff & Vale, the largest NHS trust in Wales and one of the largest in the UK, have agreed to an integrated solution, MediSpeech, from G2 Speech. Over a hundred users in the Radiology and Dental Care departments will be using MediSpeech on a daily basis and saving a great deal of time on report creation. Our solution will be integrated with the Radis RIS and Agfa PACS systems increasing efficiency and improving quality of work even further.      

When asked, Tom Henderson, Superintendent Radiographer, commented, “we are very excited with the idea of having MediSpeech installed as this will reduce the existing backlog of reports and improve the way we work. The main reason we chose MediSpeech from G2 Speech was the ability to easily integrate MediSpeech with our existing information systems.”     

“The installation is due to go ahead by the end of March and I am sure it won’t be long before the other departments will follow.”
