The large number of patient records being recorded on a daily basis at the University Hospital Aintree has required them to replace their existing analogue dictation system with a digital one.
 
Some of the users in General Surgery have been trying the digital system for a while and because of the results the Trust put together a tender for a trust wide system. 
 
Following a trial in General Surgery which delivered impressive results, the Trust wanted to expand digital dictation and its benefits throughout the hospital. The Trust embarked on a tender process and after considering many factors, not least quality, value, accuracy and after sales service G2 Speech emerged the winner.
