G2 Speech - Expert in speech recognition

Watson Farley and Williams London Office rollout!
Over 200 users benefit from LegalSpeech from G2 Speech

London, United Kingdom, May 2005 – After a successful pilot earlier this year LegalSpeech has been rolled out at the London Office of Watson, Farley and Williams. During the pilot LegalSpeech was judged to be very stable, effective, efficient and best supported by G2 Speech.

LegalSpeech was installed in April rolling out a department every week. Within a few weeks, all departments in the London office were successfully installed which enabled the entire firm, which represents over 200 users, to work with LegalSpeech.

Watson, Farley and Williams have also got the telephony solution installed, which enables the fee earners to dictate and replay reports by telephone. For even more flexibility fee earners can dictate their memos into a pocket memo recorder. With this option, every fee earner can work in the traditional way they have become accustomed to. The only changes are that the fee earner doesn’t have to hand over the tape for transcription. The memo recorder just needs to be placed in the docking station and LegalSpeech will take care of the rest.

LegalSpeech will be integrated with the document management system Hummingbird later this year, resulting in even more efficient working practice.
