From vision to first implementation
As a trusted partner since 2006, AZ Sint-Jan Brugge was the ideal environment for a pioneering rollout. Later that year, the first integration was successfully deployed there, marking an important milestone in our partnership with Nexuzhealth. By combining SpeechReport with Nexuzhealth Hospital: KWS in an on-premise setup, the hospital introduced a fully integrated reporting solution that directly benefited clinicians - streamlining their workflows, reducing administrative burden, and enabling faster and more efficient report creation. This resulted in improved efficiency and allowed clinicians to focus more on patient care rather than documentation.
Scaling the partnership
The collaboration reached a new milestone in 2021 at AZ Sint-Lucas Brugge. Through a hospital-wide agreement, the solution was implemented in a centralised environment, enabling broader adoption across departments and demonstrating the scalability of the joint approach.
Full-scale deployment success
In 2022, a second hospital-wide implementation was achieved at AZ Vitaz. This rollout further demonstrated the flexibility and adaptability of the solution, showing how a fully integrated approach can help maximize efficiency for all physicians by providing a seamless, consistent user experience across departments and clinical settings, while reducing friction in daily documentation workflows.
