Q3 roundup: AI, innovation and what’s next

Written by Marketing | 13 October 2026

It’s been a busy few months at G2 Speech.

We’ve brought Aida into SpeechReport 4.4, expanded our partnerships and made our solutions more accessible to public sector organisations.

Q3 has been about continuing to make clinical documentation simpler, smarter and more connected.

Let’s take a look at some of the highlights…

SpeechReport 4.4 - smarter documentation with Aida

One of our biggest developments this quarter has been the launch of SpeechReport 4.4, bringing Aida, our AI Digital Assistant, directly into the SpeechReport workflow.

Aida helps transform recognised dictation into polished, patient- and GP-friendly correspondence, with intelligent punctuation, spellchecking, headings and summarisation built into the process.

Clinicians remain in control as the AI-enhanced documents can be reviewed side-by-side with the original before anything is approved, with an audit trail providing visibility of AI-assisted activity.

By bringing these intuitive tools directly into daily workflows, SpeechReport is making our clinical technology more accessible and user-friendly for healthcare teams.

We also took a closer look at SpeechAmbient in our recent webinar, exploring how it can support more efficient clinical documentation - and the on-demand recording is now available to watch.

Making access to our technology easier

We’re also proud to have been appointed to Lot 2b: SaaS of the G-Cloud 15 Framework.

The four-year framework provides public sector organisations with a streamlined route to access G2 Speech solutions, including SpeechReport, SpeechCursor with Aida and SpeechAmbient.

It also covers the professional services that help organisations get the most from the technology, such as implementation, training, integrations, technical support and ongoing development.

For healthcare organisations, it means a simpler route to technology designed to reduce administrative burden and support more efficient clinical documentation.

SpeechAmbient in Orthopaedics

We also shared how SpeechAmbient is helping clinicians rethink the way documentation is created.

In one customer case study, an orthopaedic surgeon had been facing delays of at least a week between dictating consultation letters and those letters being typed and sent to GPs and patients.

With SpeechAmbient, clinical conversations can be captured and transformed into structured documentation, helping reduce the time between consultation and completed correspondence.

Continuing to innovate in radiology

In July, we announced the extension of our strategic partnership with Alphatron Zorgverbinders, building on our work integrating G2 Speech technology with the JiveX PACS platform.

The next phase of the partnership will focus on advancing AI-powered reporting, intelligent workflow optimisation and context-aware speech recognition within the radiology environment.

The aim is to bring imaging, reporting and intelligent technology closer together, without disrupting the way radiologists work.

Connecting with the healthcare community

Our team has been out and about at events this quarter, connecting with healthcare professionals, tech leaders and partners across the industry.

At both the Love Tomorrow Summit and HETT Show 2026, we’ve had the opportunity to showcase the full G2 Speech portfolio. It’s been fantastic to demonstrate our latest innovations, share ideas and hear first-hand what matters most to healthcare teams.

Thank you to everyone who came along to one of our stands!

Welcome to the team

We’re delighted to welcome Euan and Nadine to the team, bringing fresh perspectives and valuable expertise as we continue to grow.

Nadine Janssen has joined us as a Product Consultant, working closely with healthcare professionals and our product team to help connect customer needs with the solutions we develop.

Euan Gallagher has also joined the team as a Business Analyst, bringing valuable experience and insight to help us make informed decisions and deliver even more for our customers.

It’s great to have them both on board, and we’re looking forward to seeing the impact they’ll make as part of the G2 Speech team.

Looking ahead

Q3 has been about turning innovation into practical tools that work within real clinical environments.

As we head into the final quarter of the year, we’ll continue to build on that, developing our technology, strengthening our partnerships and working alongside healthcare organisations to make clinical administration workflows more efficient.

Thank you to our customers, partners and wider healthcare community for being part of the journey.

Here’s to an exciting Q4!
