We work closely with the NHS and HSE, as well as other healthcare organisations at a regional and national level – implementing solutions that help improve the complete clinical correspondence workflow and optimise reporting methods.
The Business Analyst (BA) role provides the link between Research and Development and Product Management and is responsible for delivering integrations/interfaces and the end to end workflows for our customers. The BA will ensure, together with the Product Managers and our customers, that requirements are accurately translated into system developments and/or configuration for our software platforms. You will work across a range of projects and with a range of customers and 3rd party suppliers.

We work closely with NHS & HSE Stakeholders at national and regional level to implement solutions that help improve the complete clinical correspondence workflow and optimise reporting methods.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of G2 Speech’s full product range. The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of projects and be accountable for, internal resources and third-party suppliers; ensuring smooth transition from existing systems to new solutions within agreed timelines and costs.
As a Customer Success Manager you will generate new business and new customers within the NHS as well as visiting existing customers to grow and develop the business further.
Our solution portfolio has been developed to encompass a comprehensive range of products and services that is supplied to hospitals across the UK.
The company’s strengths are in providing a deep technical understanding of the clinical correspondence being created by the NHS and the working practices for this and then adding a strong consultative selling and service ethic to the solutions we offer. With this in mind you would have either worked within the medical market sector in a technical sales role or have sold enterprise level solutions in other markets, like legal, financial, councils or similar.
