What do our solutions store?

Only the transcripts you create. No audio recordings are saved. Our solutions convert your speech into text and stores just the final output - nothing more. 

Who can access your data?

Only you. You are in full control of your documents. Our team can only access information if you explicitly request support, and every action is logged and monitored.

How We Protect Your Data 

  • End-to-end encryption 
    All data is fully encrypted both in transit and at rest, using current best practices. 
  • Anonymisation during processing 
    Personal identifiers are removed from data before processing to ensure patient privacy is maintained. 
  • Secure local hosting 
    All data is stored securely in UK or EU data centres that meet ISO 27001, SOC 2 and Cyber Essentials Plus standards. 
  • Strict access controls 
    Access is tightly restricted with role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication and full audit logging.
