CEO

Bert is the founder of G2 Speech. He established the company in 1998. He is passionate about satisfying customers, user experience and delivering the best possible solution.

HENRY GALLAGHER

Managing Director

Henry joined Dictaphone Co Ltd in 1989 and has been in the voice solutions market since. Dealing both with private and public industry he has gained an in-depth knowledge in the delivery of workflow solutions through voice driven products.

BAS JANSEN

COO

Bas joined G2 Speech in 2000 as a Software Engineer. He is end-responsible for research and development, product management, IT, project implementations and service. He is always researching the latest innovative technologies and implementing these in our products. He's been involved in many implementation projects, and is very experienced in integrating our solutions into the customers way of working.

In his personal life Bas enjoys riding his motorbike. He also likes spending time outdoors with his kids - combining the opportunity to practice his photography skills.

JAMES STAPLETON

Director of Customer Strategy

James joined G2 Speech in 2004, when we first directly entered the UK and Irish markets and has been working in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. He now oversees customer strategy and engages with our customers to ensure they realise the benefits of our solutions and aligns the appropriate solutions to our customer goals. He is committed to delivering value to our customers and is passionate about how IT solutions can improve the way we work and live.

He also holds a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering and enjoys many sports, including football, tennis and snowboarding.

JAMES O'SULLIVAN

Area Manager - Ireland

James was appointed Area Manager for Ireland in 2008 and is committed to ensuring G2 Speech delivers the best possible solutions to our customers. Prior to G2 Speech, James was the Regional Sales Manager for Dictaphone before setting up Dictation Direct in 1996 (which later became part of G2 Speech in 2005). James has a diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

GAGAN MANN

Customer Success Manager

Gagan Mann joined the team in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. He has an abundance of experience in software sales and account management liaising with a range of clients in both private and public sector spaces. As a member of the G2 Speech team Gagan’s core responsibilities are based around supporting his account base, with a tailored approach to their specific needs to bring efficiencies and improvements to their workflows.

Gagan also holds a degree in Biology and in his spare time he likes to keep active through running, gym and walking challenges.

EVE MULLER

Commercial Support Officer

Eve joined G2 Speech in 2017 as a Commercial Support Officer, where she coordinates and manages all of the company’s responses to bids. Eve has a wealth of experience working within the healthcare sector, both public and private.

In her spare time, Eve enjoys learning to play (badly!) the electric guitar, going for walks in the Yorkshire countryside and being involved with her church. In addition to English, Eve speaks fluent French.
