The Service Desk will be covered with normal operational hours (09:00 to 17:00) over the Christmas period. The following are the exceptions where there will be no support available:
- Monday 25 December – Christmas Day, Bank Holiday
- Tuesday 26 December – Boxing Day, Bank Holiday
- Monday 1 January – New Year’s Day, Bank Holiday.
