G2 Speech, a leading provider of speech recognition and workflow management solutions, and LogicNets, the developer of the LogicNets decision support platform, are pleased to announce the formation of a new strategic partnership.
The two organisations plan to jointly develop a workflow management solution, extending the benefits of SpeechReport with decision support. G2 Speech offers an innovative workflow platform, using the Recognosco SDK, with more recently the additional functionality of structured reporting. Utilising speech recognition, medical professionals are able to dictate directly into a template which captures data and processes it to be used for analytics. Reports are created in an efficient and timely manner within the workflow but now additional value can be taken directly from the content.
Together with the LogicNets software, it will be possible to not only create structured documents with actionable results, but to deliver decision support on top of that. This will help our users to easily follow clinical processes and guidelines and direct users precisely through even the most complex decision trees to the appropriate diagnostic and treatment outcomes. This not only benefits the clinicians but also referrers, higher management and most importantly the patients.
The partnership will be beneficial to our existing and future customers that are looking for a solution where structured reporting can be combined with speech recognition and a decision support tool which is fully integrated within one platform that connects to an EPR/PACS/RIS system.
