Providing a structured approach to change in your organisation
Here at G2 Speech we employ PRINCE2 methodology across all projects. All of our project managers are PRINCE2 Practitioner accredited. The project is delivered in stages, with clear milestones to review and accept each phase. Our experience in implementing small, medium and large scale projects using this methodology gives us confidence that it is appropriate for the proposed project.
From the outset of the project, G2 Speech will assign a dedicated project manager who is best suited to the Trusts’ needs, based on their experience. They will be the lead contact for the implementation of the project. Additionally, a project sponsor is identified within G2 Speech, from the Management Board team, to ensure visibility of the project at Board level at all times.
Our successes to date have been largely due to our consultative approach to project planning and implementation. Throughout the project we bring the benefit of our experience, and discuss with our customers to tailor our approach to your needs.
All G2 project managers have experience in delivering projects for healthcare providers and the NHS, including Trust-wide implementation of speech recognition, and integrated workflow solutions. Our Project Management Office (PMO) has a broad base of skills from which we can draw. Furthermore a dedicated G2 Project Team will be assigned who will bring the necessary expertise in implementation, integration and training.
