As part of the agenda for the 2019 User Conference we are including workshops. These will be 45 minute sessions on particular topics of interest. Below is an overview of each of the workshops that we’re looking to host.

G2 Analytics, reporting tool for speech recognition | G2 Speech

1.Getting the most out of your data with G2 Analytics – Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust

Big data and predictive analysis are growing in importance in the healthcare industry. Organisations are able to make informed decisions based on significant datasets. This workshop will provide an overview of our reporting tool, G2 Analytics. This solution enables customers to collect, analyse and report on operational as well as clinical data.

Nicola Rodwell shares her experience of using the solution at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and the efficiency savings the tool has enabled. Alongside Nicola will be product experts Peter Moors and Sascha Boeren and Key Account Manager, Brody Gallagher.

 

2. Meeting Transfer of Care (ToC) obligations – working with Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust

The Transfer of Care (ToC) Initiative, brought about by NHS Digital, NHS England and the PRSB, aims to improve patient care by promoting and encouraging the use of professional and technical document standards. G2 Speech has worked closely with Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust to support them in meeting the national requirements through structured reporting and interoperability.

Within this workshop Jeroen van Laarhoven, Director of Business Development and Chris Doherty, Implementation and Service Team will demonstrate our experience and developments around Transfer of Care and how we are supporting Trusts like Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust to meet the initiative.

3. Customer First – Always getting better

At G2 Speech, our relationships are what separate us from the rest. The customer always comes first. We’re always looking at ways to improve. Within this workshop, Chris English, Director of Implementation and Service, Product Managers – Peter Moors and Sascha Boeren and Selma McKennan, Training Consultant will discuss the crucial relationship between the customer, the Implementation and Service Team and Product Management. The team of experts will discuss the consultative approach adapted from project induction through to post project support and how these discussions influence and shape development and create strategic pathways in our product portfolio.

We’ll discuss our new initiatives around customer engagement and optimisation, with Selma McKennan sharing information on the importance of getting training right and presenting the newly developed e-learning package.

4. Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare

Everywhere you look, everything that you read at the moment – Artificial Intelligence (AI) is mentioned. But what is it? And what does it mean to healthcare? Simply put – AI is the use of complex algorithms and technology to process clinical information and devise a well-defined output and conclusion without direct human input.

Within this session our product and industry experts, Mark Godthelp, Product Manager and James Stapleton, Director of Customer Strategy will present our discussions, knowledge and explorations on Artificial Intelligence alongside.

5. Implementing and Adopting Virtualisation Technology

Virtualisation has countless benefits it can bring to an organisation – increased IT stability, flexibility, efficiency and ensures sensitive information is kept on site but how easy is it to deploy and how can we ensure smooth technology adoption?
