Update: Online service desk system

In order to improve our service to our customers, we have scheduled an upgrade to our Online Service Desk system (Kayako).

This action will start on Friday 2 October 2015, at 5pm (UK Time).

At that moment the current system (https://support.g2speech.com) will be taken offline.
A backup will be made and then a conversion will take place to the latest Kayako version.
We expect to be working on the conversion all weekend.   Monday morning, at 9am (UK Time), the new version will be available to everyone at:


Your user account and password, and all tickets and settings will have been saved.

The old system (https://support.g2speech.com) will remain available for reference purposes, but will not be accessible for users.
