24 HOUR TURNAROUNDS AND EFFICIENCY SAVINGS AT BARTS HEALTH NHS TRUST
In March we celebrated the brilliant milestone of creating 1 million documents at Barts Health NHS Trust. We had speakers from various departments in attendance that spoke about the benefits the G2 Speech solution had brought to their teams.
Benefits have included: 24 hour turnaround times – letters created before the patient has even left the clinic, productivity rises – in one department alone from 45,000 documents a year, to 67,000 documents a year, using the same number of secretarial support staff.and several members of staff stated they wouldn’t be without the system.
